We don’t have a physical store open to the public; we operate from a private office that is available by appointment only.
This way, we avoid interruptions and ensure we can always offer you the best possible experience.
Let us find the watch for you
We handle the full search on your behalf to locate the exact watch you have in mind.
Through our established global network of trusted partners, we ensure dependable outcomes—so you don’t have to worry about a thing while we manage the process from start to finish.
We buy your watch
Do you own a watch from one of the brands we work with and are considering selling it?
Our purchasing team will evaluate your piece and provide you with the best possible offer, based on its current market value. Our offers are valid for 24 hours.
Mondiuk Warranty
All new and special order watches include a 2–5 year manufacturer’s warranty, while pre-owned watches come with a 12-month Mondiuk Watches warranty.
Coverage is limited to mechanical defects and excludes wear-and-tear or damage from misuse or modifications.
Absolutely!
Every watch we buy or accept in part exchange undergoes a full inspection, including a careful check of the movement. Any timepiece showing signs or serial numbers linked to counterfeit watches is immediately rejected.
Every watch we purchase is verified against an international authentication database to confirm it hasn’t been reported stolen. Watches flagged as stolen or involved in insurance claims are immediately rejected.
These global registers are continuously updated, and we receive real-time alerts for thefts, break-ins, and robberies, including detailed information such as manufacturer, model, and serial numbers.
Since we buy the watches we sell, they are no longer technically considered “new.” Official Watches has owned them before resale, so they are classified as “unworn” because the buyer becomes the second owner.
The only distinction is in terminology; the watches remain in pristine, unused condition, but labeling them as “new” would not be accurate or fair.
We offer a full refund if there’s a problem with the watch’s condition or mechanics. However, deposits cannot be refunded for changes of mind.
We strongly recommend visiting a boutique or showroom to try on the watch and ensure you’re satisfied with its size, shape, fit, and finish before placing an order.
Our goal is to prevent any issues, just as much as it is yours.
We accept all standard payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Partial cash payments are allowed within legal limits, but we generally prefer card payments for the convenience of all parties.
